Full-time Assembly Technician
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will assemble metal construction components and protective fence systems according to technical drawings. Occasionally, you will also be involved in pre-assembly and final assembly directly at the client’s site. Additionally, you will perform basic quality checks and reliably document your work results.

Full-time Welder
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will weld subassemblies and metal constructions according to technical drawings – primarily using TIG and MAG welding processes. You will work precisely, independently perform quality checks, and actively contribute to the optimization of our production processes.

WHAT DOES A CONSTRUCTION MECHANIC SPECIALIZING IN STEEL AND METAL CONSTRUCTION DO?
Construction mechanics manufacture large and precise steel and metal constructions – for example, for protective systems, plants, or load-bearing components. In the specialization of steel and metal construction, you will work according to technical drawings, weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using modern processes, and assemble the finished components.
Maintenance and repair are also part of the role. You will evaluate technical documents, check the quality of your work, and document everything for our clients.
YOUR WORK LOCATIONS AT A GLANCE:
• In our workshop in Holzgerlingen
• On-site at the client’s premises (e.g., at the construction site)
• During the assembly of plants or protective systems
THEORY & PRACTICE:
• Practical training: directly at our company – exciting projects guaranteed
• Theoretical training: at a vocational school as part of the dual vocational training system
• Training duration: 3.5 years
• Start of training: September 1, 2025
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Good secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschule or Werkrealschule; Mittlere Reife also accepted)
• Manual dexterity & technical understanding
• Spatial reasoning ability
• Physical fitness & motivation
• Prior internship is desirable.
