Our project department for construction / development is characterized by outstanding professional competence and in-depth know-how, especially when it comes to the development of safety fence systems and safety concepts that meet the specific requirements of our customers. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are able to carry out detailed elaborations at an early stage of concept development.
Construction
In our construction/development department, we create all the necessary drawings in close cooperation with our customers – from layout and installation plans of the entire system (including integration of customer drawings) to individual part and manufacturing drawings.
In addition, our documentation department provides customized operating and maintenance instructions on request. These contain all relevant information such as technical data, material and supplier information, manufacturer’s declarations, certificates, parts lists, system layouts and important safety instructions. The documents are provided digitally, so that our customers have convenient access to all information at any time.
Development
In our department, we combine creative ideas with expertise to develop customized, innovative solutions. Using state-of-the-art CAD technologies, we create realistic 3D simulations and visualizations that make planning more efficient. Our process includes problem analysis, design and component planning, and construction drawings for prototype production. After approval, all products undergo internal testing and are tested by TÜV or other certification bodies if required to ensure the highest quality.
